Test package guidelines

Currently we can only offer test packages to selected musicians in special cases. The offer of a test package can be made by WHF-Mouthpieces, but is not treated as a standard service by WHF-Mouthpieces at this time. This page is aimed at selected individuals only for viewing the current test package guidelines.

If you receive a test package, please note the following guidelines:

Guidelines within the European Union

  • only silver coatings​
  • up to 3 complete mouthpieces
  • price of a whole mouthpiece as a deposit
  • 10-day test period (from arrival)​


Guidelines outside the European Union

  • only silver coatings​
  • up to 3 complete mouthpieces or max. 500 EUR/€
  • price of the shipment as a deposit
  • 10-day test period (from arrival)​
  • additional postal insurance for test packages over 500 EUR/€

Damaged goods that occurred during the test phase cannot be returned and will be charged to the tester.

The shipping of test packages to destinations outside the EU is approved individually. We reserve the right not to send test packages for logistical and cost reasons. Test packages must be returned to WHF-Mouthpieces independently after the test period has expired. Goods not returned will be considered outstanding and will be subject to dunning.
